The last four weeks were incredible! I was one of 27 lucky participants in Year 3 of the Getting to Maybe social innovation residency at Banff Centre.
Run by the Waterloo Institute for Social Innovation and Resilience, and led by the thought leader in that space Frances Westley (with an all-star faculty), the intense program covered self in systems and systems in self – through theory, indigenous ways of knowing, art, nature outings, dreamwork, bujo, project mapping, improv, storytelling, guest speakers (government, finance, academia), pitches, performances, and much more – surrounded by real and remarkable change-makers (and the lovely Rockies).
I’m very grateful for such a special experience!
